Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to generate a prepaid shipping label or locate your nearest Tradehome store.

Package and Ship

Place the original shoebox inside a separate shipping container to prevent damage and affix the provided return label to the outside.

Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
